ron99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security, disclosed your credentials to a third party, or failed to notify ron99 of suspected unauthorized access in a timely manner.
ron99 accepts deposits in IDR through the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and virtual account transfers. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. ron99 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. ron99 reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party sources and to request verification of payment method ownership at any time.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding compliance holds on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal requests are processed automatically within minutes for verified accounts; processing times may extend to 24 hours in cases requiring additional review.
ron99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above Rp 5.000.000 or where unusual account activity has been identified. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
ron99 monitors account transactions in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal player activity may be flagged for review. ron99 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline transactions pending AML review and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
Bonuses and promotional offers made available on the ron99 platform are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. ron99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary Platform unavailability. ron99 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, subject to its obligations to return stakes on affected active game rounds in accordance with Clause 7.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by ron99 is governed by ron99's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. ron99 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have opted in, direct marketing communications.
ron99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
